The Self Love Pinky Ring Is Back—Only Until April 22
Can a ring change your life? It certainly changed mine. Order yours today and find out.
Me in 2015, ten years ago, utterly overwhelmed by my beautiful life.
Ten years ago (!!!) I did a little experiment with myself. It was January of 2015, I was feeling completely burnt out, uninspired, and overwhelmed with my life, and unlike prior years where I’d convince myself a new workout outfit, a few New Year’s resolutions, and a vision board were going to change things, this time, I knew I needed something more. I needed something drastic, a complete life reset. So I did the only natural thing: I went to the jewelry store.
Throughout my life, every milestone had been launched or celebrated with jewelry. The most recent few being my push present for having twins (boy was it sparkly) and my engagement and wedding rings. Within just a few short years, I had accumulated a lot of jewelry that symbolizes commitment — but always commitment to others: my husband, my kids. What about my commitment to myself? This is the question I wanted to answer when I made that fateful trip to my favorite jewelry store in Beverly Hills in January of 2015.
The prototype before I realized it was even a prototype. January 15, 2015.
I can’t say I went there with the intention of developing a ring designed to inspire women’s commitment to self love and care — a commitment to themselves. I can’t say I went there even knowing I was looking for a ring. I went there looking for something to make me feel celebrated, delighted, and loved. When I found a ring with pave diamonds that created the illusion of a big rock, I felt a little intuitive tug. This is it, my inner voice said. I put the ring on my pinky (even though it was way too big and clearly not intended for that finger), looked at it and said to myself, “Every time I look at this ring, I will remember to choose myself, to love myself, to be myself. I will remind myself that this life is mine to live. That I deserve to care for myself like I care for others, and more than that I deserve to delight myself and honor my authentic self.”
And to my credit, I honored these vows. I sized the ring down, wore the ring on my pinky, and every day used it as a catalyst for self care. I went to therapy for the first time in my life. I moved my body. I revisited museums and music that had been buried under the dust of my adulthood. I shook off the cobwebs. I remembered I am here to be alive.
When I told my friend about this transformative experience, I shared how much I would like other women to experience it too. She asked me something I wouldn’t have dared to ask myself, “Why don’t you start a business?” And with her help, I did.
Ten years later (I still can’t believe it when I type that, ten years!) the Self Love Pinky Ring has reached women in over 50 countries. Hundreds have shared their stories with me. The press ate it up. Women chose themselves, and the world took notice. Self love is now part of the vernacular. We all know about it, and those of us who are determined to experience it, put in the work, with the ring as our reminder.
Do you need a ring to practice self love? Definitely not.
Does having physical objects that you imbue with your energy and intentions help you follow through on your dreams, your goals, your transformations, your manifestations? Your return home to your truest, purest form? Absolutely.
Does the Self Love Pinky Ring contain magical powers? It depends. Do you? If you do, it does. And I believe you do.
I know the ring will help you channel that energy into all aspects of your life. How do I know? Because I’ve had the privilege of witnessing women like you around the world for ten years. Ten years! I said it again, and again I am in awe. Thank you for being here and making it possible for this timeline to exist.
And with that, the Self Love Pinky Ring is back again! I’ve opened up orders now through Tuesday, April 22nd. If you place an order, your ring will be custom made just for you and delivered in May. Click on the link below for ordering details by way of a Google Form. I’m being as analog as I can be about this in a digital world.
Why do I do it this way, instead of just opening the website up for normal orders? Because it’s what I can handle personally. When you order a ring, I’m the one who is personally putting it into production, packing it, shipping it, emailing with you about it… every single moment of your ring’s journey is imbued with my love for you, just you, specifically. Which is exactly how I like it.
When you click through, you’ll notice I’ve added a few new gems to choose from (fun!). There is no upcharge for gems, the only price difference is between silver and gold. If you’ve been following the gold market, you know gold prices have gone up by 40% in the last year. I haven’t increased my prices by that much because I’m absorbing much of the increased production costs, but I have had to increase them a bit. If you’re thinking about gold, I’d order before prices go up again. I don’t think this is a ride that is going back down anytime soon.
If you’ve been saving up for a ring and the price increase now pushes it out of reach, reply to this email. I’ll do everything I can to help.
Not sure which gem to pick? Take the quiz. It’s crazy how accurate it is! And when you’re done, come back here and place your order.
